Our Carrot cake recipe uses freshly grated carrots, toasted walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut.  It is topped with a citrus flavoured icing and toasted almonds.


Carrots (25%), wheat flour (gluten), castor sugar, egg, vegetable oil (refined palm oil, refined rapeseed oil), coconut, sultanas, icing sugar, walnuts, almonds, orange flavouring, mixed spices, hazelnuts.
