What are the cut off times for Click and Collect?
The order must be placed before 15:00 hours for next day collection. There is no collection service available on Sundays, Bank Holidays or the day immediately following a Bank Holiday.
This is because all our product available via click and collect is freshly prepared and we just would not have time to have it ready for you.
How do I cancel my Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please ring the bakery 065-6822860 ext 114. If you cancel your order three or more working days in advance of delivery, a full refund will be given. Cancellation made two working days in advance of delivery, a voucher will be issued to the value of the order. There is no refund or vouchers available for cancellations made within one working day in advance of delivery
Can I modify my click and collect order?
It is not possible to modify your order online. If you need to modify any element of your order please email orders@oconnorsbakery.com including your order number and describing what you need to change.
