Our traditional Black Forest Gateaux consists of a light chocolate sponge cake with kirsch liquor syrup, cherry pie filling, and fresh cream. Decorated with dark chocolate shavings and Amarena cherries on the top.


Sponge mix(egg, sugar, wheat flour (gluten), cocoa powder, vegetable oil (palm oil, rapeseed oil), chocolate flavour (water, colours: E150d, E172, permitted flavouring, glycerine, cocoa powder), fruit filling (cherry 45%, water, sugar, modified starch, concentrates(grape, elderberry) rum mix, cream (dairy).
