You should check your confirmation email to ensure all details are correct, paying special attention to Collection date, Collection shop and Inscription text. If there are errors on your order you should contact the bakery by phone if collection is due within 2 working days or via email if collection is due later than 2 working days.

What are the cut-off times for Collection?

All our standard celebration cakes require at least 2 days (Mon-Friday) lead time to make sure they are prepared and ready for collection. During busy periods this lead time may be extended. The earliest collection date available for a particular cake will be calculated during the checkout process and before payment is requested. If you require a cake outside of these cut-off times, ring the bakery with your query and our staff will advise what options are available.
