If there are errors on your order you should contact the bakery by phone if collection is due within 2 working days or via email if collection is due later than 2 working days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the cut-off times for Collection?

All our standard celebration cakes require at least 2 days (Mon-Friday) lead time to make sure they are prepared and ready for collection. During busy periods this lead time may be extended. The earliest collection date available for a particular cake will be calculated during the checkout process and before payment is requested. If you require a cake outside of these cut-off times, ring the bakery with your query and our staff will advise what options are available.
