Our rich Brack is made from an old scratch recipe,which has been tweaked over the last couple of years. The fruit is infused with orange juice and steamed for 24 hours before the mixing process. The ratio of fruit is 2:1 to the flour,so it delivers quite a rich and fluffy brack. It is mixed in the old traditional method, where the dough is continously rested to give the maximum flavour and texture. Delicious smeared wtih butter. It contains the tratitional ring and the person who finds the ring in the brack is considered very fortunate.
